Ingredient Notes

The ingredients to make Skillet Fried Peaches are on the kitchen counter.

Look how easy your shopping list will be:

  • Fresh Peaches: You could substitute thawed frozen peaches in a pinch but they will not retain the same texture as a firm, fresh peach. They'll still taste, great though!
  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Lemon
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Vanilla
  • Kosher Salt

Prep the Peaches

Peel the fresh peaches, I just used a potato peeler and peeled it like an apple.

Then run your knife around the peach to form thick wedges and pull the fruit away from the pit.

Place the peach slices in a mixing bowl and sprinkle the lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and kosher salt over the top. Gently toss to coat.
