Buffalo Blue Cheese Potato Chips with Lit'l Smokies®

Salty sausages tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce make for a fun spin on traditional nachos. Top potato chips with the mixture along with a creamy blue cheese dressing and chopped green onions.

Ingredients
2(12 oz) packages of Lit'l Smokies®
8tbsp(1 stick) of butter
1/2cuphot sauce
1cupblue cheese dressing
2green onionschopped
1party size bag of potato chips
Instructions
To make the buffalo sauce:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes. Add the hot sauce, stir to combine. Add the Lit'l Smokies to the sauce and stir to coat. Cook them until heated through, about 5 min.
To Serve:
OPTION 1: Snack Board Style Place the potato chips in a large bowl. Use a slotted spoon to place the sausages on a platter. Pour the ranch and blue cheese dips into separate small bowls and nestle them on the platter next to the sausages.
OPTION 2: Nacho Style Place the potato chips on a large platter, spreading them out like you would for nachos. Use a slotted spoon to sprinkle the sausages over the chips. Drizzle the remaining buffalo sauce over the top. Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the top. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top.
