Fresh mango and fresh strawberries come together in this easy to prepare sweet mango strawberry salsa that tastes amazing served with cinnamon pita chips for dunking.

Ingredients
2quartsfresh strawberrieshulled and diced
1fresh mangodiced
2tbspbrown sugar
2tbsporange juice
2tbspstrawberry jamthe homemade freezer variety is best but any brand prepared jam will work
1(7 oz) bag of cinnamon pita chipsfor serving
Instructions
Wash and carefully small dice the mango and fresh strawberries. (For photo reference on how to chop a mango, see the article above.) Toss the fresh fruit together in a bowl and set aside.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, orange juice, and strawberry jam until it is smooth. Pour over the mango strawberry mixture and toss to combine.
This sweet fruit salsa can be eaten immediately but I prefer to let the sugars marinate together in the refrigerator for 30 minutes first. Serve with a big bowl of cinnamon pita chips for dunking.
