A saltine cracker pie crust is the perfect variation to the classic graham cracker crust and pairs well with tart pies like lemon and lime or sweet fillings like raspberry or strawberry when you need a sweet-and-salty accent.

Ingredients
53saltine crackersabout 1 and a half sleeves of crackers
10tablespoonssalted buttermelted
1/4cuplight corn syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray and set it on a baking sheet. Set aside.
Add the saltines to the bowl of a food processor and crush them with about 15 pulses. Add the melted butter and corn syrup and pulse until the crackers are broken into oatmeal sized pieces.
Scrape the saltine mixture into the prepared pie plate. Press the crumbs into an even layer on the bottom and sides of the plate. Transfer the crust to the oven and bake for 17 - 19 minutes or until golden brown. There's no need to let it cool before using in a pie recipe that requires baking the filling as well. If you are using the crust for a no-bake filling, then you would want to cool it completely before filling.
