Easy homemade bread machine crescent rolls are perfect for a delicious holiday bread. Serve them at Easter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas warm from the oven. Can be made ahead and frozen for an even easier serving.

Ingredients
1cupwater
2eggs
4tablespoonsbuttersoftened
1/2cupsour cream
4 1/3cupbread flour
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
2teaspoonssalt
2 1/4teaspoonsyeast
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your bread machine's baking pan, fitted with the paddle attachment, in the order they are listed from water through yeast. The wet ingredients are place on bottom and the dry ingredients directly on top.
Select the DOUGH program and press Start.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
When the bread machine has completed the program, turn the dough out on a lightly floured baking mat and remove the paddle. Divide the dough into two portions.
Roll one portion out to a 10-inch circle. Use a pizza wheel or knife to cut it into 8 pie wedges. Roll each pie wedge from the widest part towards the point to form a rolled crescent. Place each dinner roll on a prepared baking pan, point side down.
Repeat with second half of the original dough.
Cover the baking pans with plastic wrap an allow the dough to rise for 20 - 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Uncover the pans and bake the rolls for 15 - 18 minutes or until they are light golden brown on top.
Recipe Notes
These dinner rolls are best served the day they are baked but will keep in an airtight container overnight. Reheat the rolls at 350°F for 2 - 3 minutes before serving to restore some texture.Baked rolls could also be frozen. Reheat them before serving.
