Bruschetta pizza is a quick and easy dinner you can make with a pair of naan breads from the bakery department, a tub of bruschetta topping, and some shredded cheese. Serve it as a light dinner, an easy appetizer flatbread, or as part of a heartier meal.

2prepared naan breadsor 1 large prepared pizza crust
1tbspolive oil
1/2tspgarlic salt
1 1/2cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
2cups tomato bruschetta toppingcan be homemade or store bought
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F with the top oven rack 6 inches from the broiler.
Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil. Sprinkle the garlic salt over the top of each bread. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top leaving a small border around the perimeter to form the pizza crust.
Bake the prepared pizzas for 8 minutes. Turn on the broiler and broil the pizzas for 2 minutes or until the cheese has bubbled up and is starting to brown.
Top the hot pizzas with the prepared bruschetta topping. The warmth from the pizza will warm through the tomatoes if you let it sit for just 1 minute before serving.
