Ingredients
2 - 4fresh salmon filletsskin removed, cut approximately 2-inches wide
2tablespoonsbutter
1tablespoonsalmon seasoning
2cupsfresh green beanswashed and trimmed
1tablespoonolive oil
Salt & Pepperoptional
Instructions
Place the salmon on a prep tray or clean dinner plate.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe container and brush it over the tops and sides of the salmon.
Sprinkle the seasoning over the salmon.
Toss the green beans with olive oil in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with seasonings as desired.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Place the salmon in an even layer in the air fryer basket, sprinkle the green beans around the salmon. Everything should be in an even layer.
Cook for 10 - 12 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and reaches 145°F.
Recipe Notes
If the salmon needs more time than the green beans, you can transfer the beans to a clean plate and loosely tent with aluminum foil while the salmon finishes.
