2tablespoonsgrated parmesan
2tablespoonsfeta cheese crumbles

Instructions
Drain the frozen spinach: Line a mesh strainer with a double-layer of paper towel. Add the spinach to the colander and lay another double-layer of paper towel over the top. Press the spinach evenly to squeeze as much of the liquid out of it as you can. This prevents your spinach dip from getting wet and drippy.
Mix the cream cheese base: Add the softened cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Beat it with a hand mixer on medium speed until whipped and smooth. Add the parmesan, feta, garlic salt, salt, and cayenne to the bowl and mix into the cream cheese until fully blended.
Fold in the spinach: Stir the drained spinach into the cream cheese with a spatula. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
