Raising Cane's sauce was made to go with golden brown fried chicken tenders. This vinegary cream sauce with a peppery bite is the perfect homemade dipping sauce for chicken or baked french fries at home!

Ingredients
3/4mayonnaise
3tablespoonsketchup
5teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
1tablespoonhot saucelike Texas Pete
1teaspoongarlic salt
3/4teaspooncourse ground black peppersee notes
1/4teaspooncelery seed
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk them together until smooth.
Chill the sauce in an airtight container for 24 hours for the flavors to mingle. Do not try to freeze. The dipping sauce will keep for up to 1 week in the fridge.
Recipe Notes
You can use any course ground black pepper or freshly cracked black pepper, but I always have this California Bold Pepper mix in my pantry and it adds even more flavor with hints of bell pepper and garlic in the mix. Fine ground black pepper won't leave that signature peppery look to the sauce and will have a milder flavor.
