Ingredients
1butternut squashchopped into 1-inch pieces, about 3 cups
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoondried thyme
1teaspoongarlic salt
1/2teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Place the chopped butternut squash in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle the seasonings over the top. Toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Pour the butternut squash into the air fryer basket and spread into an even layer.
Roast the squash for 20 minutes, shaking the basket half way through cooking. The butternut squash should start to char around the edges and be fork tender.
