This rich and beefy Instant Pot sticky butter rice is packed with flavor and makes an excellent rice side dish for lighter proteins like chicken, pork, or salmon.

Ingredients
2cupsjasmine or long grain white rice
1(10.5 oz) can of condensed French Onion Soup
2cupsbeef broth
4tablespoonsbuttercut into cubes
Instructions
Pour the rice and condensed soup into the Instant Pot.
Add the beef broth and stir everything together so that no dry rice touches the bottom of the pot.
Cut the butter into cubes and scatter them over the broth.
Cover and seal the Instant Pot. Set to High Pressure for 3 minutes.
When the alarm goes off, you can quick release the Instant Pot and serve or let it keep warm for up to 20 minutes.
Fluff the rice and stir the onions back into the mixture before serving.
