Bread flour, sugar, banana, egg, butter, yeast, cinnamon, and pecans
Always add the wet ingredients to your bread pan first or they won't mix properly. Don't forget the bread paddle!
The real trick is to be sure the yeast stays away from the salt. Make a well in the center of the flour and add the yeast there.
Wait until the bread machine beeps before adding the nuts. If you add them too early, the dough won't get properly kneaded and won't rise well.
