Forget the ice cream truck, this delicious smoothie gets all the flavor from real fruit including the surprising frozen peaches! This recipe originally appeared in The Protein Smoothie Bible: a great resource for smoothie recipes for kids.



  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 orange, peeled and seeded
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana


Add all ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth. Enjoy right away while cold.
