Yikes. I just got myself all caught up with 6 weeks worth of Project 365 photos. I can't believe I let it fall so far behind, but at least I've been clicking away capturing each day. I'm shocked that we only have 3 weeks left of this project and still so proud that I've only missed a single day all year.
I know I'll do a final recap when everything is officially over but wanted to give it a little plug today in case any of you might consider trying something similar in 2011. I didn't know anything about these 365 projects until January 1st of this year and jumped in before I even knew what it was about. Maybe this will help some of you prepare yourselves a little more ahead of time if you're interested.
This year's project has been absolutely priceless to me. I'm looking forward to making a family photo book with just the project images when I'm done. When I look at my project screen in Flickr, I truly see a time capsule of what our family went through this year. Don't even get me started on watching my peanuts grow over the months. It feels a little raw and heartbreaking at the moment. What a visual of just how fast time flies.
