8 | 52: Standing up

I'm so glad I decided to change my rules. I'm behind in posting this week because I went through the last 2 months' worth of photos and added a few back into the project to fill some of the gaping holes.

As soon as I placed the missing photos into my project set, I immediately felt relief. This is exactly what has been missing all along. Thanks to everyone who gave me encouraging comments about changing the rules, I'm glad I inspired you to do the same. It's our project, we can do whatever the heck we want with it!

Last week's top contender is the above photo of Little Pea. I realized she's been pulling up to standing for a while and I hadn't captured that just yet. I love that she's standing next to her laundry basket so I have a frame of reference for her size. And three cheers for the natural light that is starting to stream through our windows at long last! Maybe winter really is coming near it's end.

I've been mulling it over, and I think your baby has Superman eyes. You know: the ice blue ones that have a laser beam function to cut through iron.

(as you can see in this photo, she's using her superpower to cut a door in the wall in a bid for freedom.)

LOL, I couldn't have come up with a better description, she is Super Gracie!

Great photo - the lighting is perfect and I agree, her eyes are amazing!
