What a year! 12 months ago today I clicked "Publish" on my first "blogaversary" post and went off to the doctor for what I thought was a normal weekly pregnancy checkup. Little Pea arrived 3 hours later.
So today I have a lot to celebrate! 2 years of blogging. 460 posts. The Peanut is now 4 years old and Little Pea's Very Big Day makes her 1 year old. So much to be happy about I don't know which way to turn. I'm overwhelmed with all the memories that this day is bringing to me and I'm grateful that most of them are happy ones.
Somehow it feels oddly fitting that the anniversary of the start of Peanut Blossom would just happen to also be the day that Little Pea came into the world. God really does have a very interesting sense of humor, doesn't He?
I'll keep it short and sweet today so that I can get back to celebrating with my family. Next week there will be birthday recap, more Little Pea tributes and some more info on the Day in the Life Project. In the meantime, thanks again for taking the time to read this silly little blog of mine.
And it just wouldn't be right to let today pass without a big:
Happy Birthday to my Little Peanut! 1 year old, we made it!
