Easy Christmas Cookies Recipes

Holiday baking is one of my favorite Christmas traditions. I love to get in the kitchen for a fun baking day with my girls and whip up a batch of sweet Christmas cookies.

Some years we bake them ahead and freeze them. These gingerbread cookies and sugar cookies are perfect for making ahead of time.

But if my kids had their pick? We'd definitely be making our favorite peanut blossom cookies with Hershey kisses or these festive mint Oreo truffles.
