The drywall project drags on and on. Poor Handyman Tim comes home from work, changes his clothes, and heads down to the basement for hours and hours of sanding. Last night he came up late at night looking like the abominable snowman, literally covered in dust over every inch of him. But he assures me that the painting stage is near and I need to make up my mind on the colors.
After much stressing and asking of opinions, I think we've finally settled on the colors.
My sweet hubby agreed to do the chair rail for me in the playroom, so we're going with:
Social Butterfly above the rail

My office/spare bedroom was a much trickier choice. But with the help from a very friendly neighbor, we're going with:
Pewter Tray, which I think will look lovely with the white trim and creamy furniture that will be in the room.
That only leaves the Peanut's new room. Her bedding offered many choices, but I love the calm cool green range which leaves us with:
Celery Sprig. I have my eye on several wall stickers from Etsy that I think would look charming in her room like this one from Simple Shapes:
Or maybe this one which would keep more with the owl theme:
Haven't quite made my mind up on that element yet, we'll have to see how we're doing on our budget before I can get there.
Our house hasn't seen this much change since we moved in! I swear it is going to be like living in a whole new place. Amazing what some fresh color and furniture rearranging will do, isn't it?

Ooh...I love the colors you've picked! We're painting our bedroom this weekend. It's called Verdigris...light bluish/grey. I can't wait to see how your house turns out!

Great colors, what brand of paint are you using? The closer we get to spring the more I want to redo several rooms.

Terri, these are all Behr paint colors from Home Depot. We've used their paint all through our house with great success.
